She has a strong educational background, extensive professional experience, excellent communication skills, and has demonstrated success working with diverse populations in a leadership capacity. As Founder/CEO, she is always discovering new ways to deliver the most high-quality and cost-effective professional language services.

Arkadiy Norkin

Director, Program Management

Arkadiy leads the execution of Language Bridge's strategy and initiatives. He is responsible for investments in business growth, customer service and engagement, and reporting/analytics. Arkadiy utilizes his passion for technology innovation to encourage business transformation and promote operational excellence. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College and a degree in Physics from Union College of Schenectady, NY.

Julia Dubinchik

Julia Dubinchik M.S.S.E.

Head of Technology and Operations

Julia Dubinchik has been with Language Bridge, LLC for over 17 years. She graduated from the Moscow State Technological University with master’s degree in Computer Process Control Systems. Has extensive experience and disseminated knowledge of Information Technology. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the company’s long-term and comprehensive IT vision, mission, and strategy, oversees company security policies/procedures and maintains technology infrastructure. Julia is MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). As a Head of Operations Julia is responsible for directing actions across the departments to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Alla has more than three decades of financial and accounting experience in business bookkeeping, budgeting, reporting and financial management. She has been a key member of the Language Bridge, LLC team that has helped the company grow. Her accounting expertise, financial acumen and operational experience made her the obvious choice for this critical role.

Inga O’Meara graduated with Law Degree from Tomsk State University and joined Language Bridge, LLC in 2010. She consistently demonstrates excellent management skills and problem-solving abilities. She is responsible for the daily office operations, sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, promotes our company culture/values, and maintains excellent relationships with customers.

Eugenia graduated with an Engineering Degree from the Polytechnic Institute in St. Petersburg. Today she has over 15 years of broad IT experience in the Pharmaceutical and Health Insurance fields and over 20 years of experience as a Business analyst and Sales Operations manager in the pharmaceutical industry. She is responsible for day-to-day management of business operational activities, execution, obtaining new contractors information and assisting with enrollment process.

Polina Katz

Operations Associate

Polina Katz received her medical degree in Psychiatry from Donetsk State Medical School in Ukraine. After emigrating, she worked as Social Worker and Psychologist in Israel. After moving to USA, she worked as a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Professional for Community Health Services in Philadelphia. Polina joined Language Bridge in 2017 as Operations Associate. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, walking customers through basic troubleshooting, managing requests from clients, and maintaining contact records as well as outcomes of customer interactions.
